Ulrich Wienbeuker

Ulrich (Uli) Wienbeuker has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ulrich (Uli) began their career at UPM in 1997 as the Head of Vocational Training. Ulrich (Uli) then served as the HR Director for the Nordland Business Unit and Country HR for Germany. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, training, and payroll administration.

In 2004, Ulrich took on the role of Director of HR for Central Europe and the Fine Paper Division at UPM. In this position, they oversaw the HR network and services in the region and was responsible for Business HR in the Fine Paper Division.

Ulrich's career at UPM continued to progress, and in 2008, they became the VP of HR Services. In this role, they led HR Services, including the Global Payroll Organization, Global HR Shared Services Center, and Solutions and Processes. Ulrich (Uli) served UPM's managers and employees in all HR processes.

In 2013, Ulrich took on the additional responsibility of Arbeitsdirektor at UPM. Ulrich (Uli) held this position until June 2020.

Ulrich (Uli) Wienbeuker obtained a Master's degree in Education, with a focus on economics, from Universität Münster. Ulrich (Uli) also received a Diplom in Pädagoge from the same institution. Both degrees were earned between 1993 and 1997.
