Allison Trowell currently serves as Vice President of Women's Services, Retail Medicine, and Behavioral Health Services at UPMC, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Allison was Vice President of Women’s Services at Penn State Health from January 2020 to March 2023 and held the position of Senior Director of Operations at the same organization. Allison's career at Lee Health spanned nearly a decade, during which time a progression of roles included Ambulatory Nurse Manager and Practice Director, leading significant improvements in patient satisfaction. Earlier experience includes positions at UF Health, including Interim Practice Manager and Nurse Manager, as well as Pediatric Oncology Nurse at Shands at UF. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Administration, both obtained from Western Governors University.
