Joseph Lodovico

Joseph Lodovico is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience spanning two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and University Relations at UPMC since June 2022, Joseph leads a team of 11, focusing on enhancing customer and candidate experiences. Prior to UPMC, Joseph spent 20 years with the United States Marine Corps, holding various leadership roles including Director of Administrative Operations and Leader of People and Culture, where human resources functions and employee engagement were optimized. Joseph has also contributed to the Veterans Leadership Program as a Human Resources Manager, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and developed recruitment processes for the Dod Skillbridge initiative. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Law from the University of Pittsburgh, alongside degrees in Management and Leadership and Communication from Purdue Global.
