Additionally, Gemmo has experience as a Financial Risk Management Department Manager at Gothong Southern Group and as a Finance and Operations Director at Le Price International Corporation. In these roles, they implemented systems such as SAP ERP and contributed to the setup of new companies.

Earlier in their career, Gemmo worked at Universal Storefront Services Corporation, where they acted as the Finance and Admin Manager for their subsidiary. Gemmo also served as the Head of Financial and Operations Audit for the company's money remittance business.

Gemmo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of San Carlos. Gemmo attended this university from 1998 to 2003.

Gemmo also completed a Master's in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Gemmo pursued this degree from 2009 to 2012.

In 2012, Gemmo Padilla participated in the 26th Certified Management Program at the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Philippines. During this time, they specialized in Strategic Business Analysis and Strategic Cost Management.

Gemmo attended the Institute of Management Consultant Philippines in 2013 and obtained a Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials, focusing on Management Consulting.

In 2020, Gemmo Padilla enrolled in The Rizal Academy of Innovation and Leadership (TRAIL) and completed a Coaching Certification Program. This program concentrated on Executive Coaching.

Recently, in 2022, they participated in the EOS Rocket Fuel program known as the EOS Integrator Masterclass Cohort #15, which focused on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) strategic planning and management.
