Erica Amevo

Erica Amevo has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic business partnership and talent management. Erica has worked at Uponor since 2012, holding various roles including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Human Resources, and HR Manager of Operations. In these positions, Erica provided high-level consulting in areas such as change leadership, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. Erica also led teams of HR generalists and trainers, developing and implementing training plans to build a capable and flexible workforce. Prior to their time at Uponor, Erica worked at Ryt-way Industries, LLC as a Human Resources Manager and Staffing & Training Manager, where they were responsible for hiring and training a large number of employees.
