Matthew Novak

Matthew Novak has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Construction Services Supervisor at Uponor since April 2017, where oversight includes managing the residential fire, radiant, and plumbing design team. Prior roles involved various positions at TMI Coatings, Inc., from 2015 to November 2016, including Senior Estimator and Estimator, as well as Project Team Lead. Prior to that, Matthew worked as an Estimator/Project Manager at PCS Residential from 2011 to 2015 and began the career as a Project Coordinator. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, attained between 2005 and 2009, and completed high school at New Prague High School from 2001 to 2005.
