Jayson N.

Jayson N. has been in the solar design and engineering industry since 2014. Jayson began their career as a Building Engineer at Rockwell Land Corporation, where they proposed, studied, planned and implemented projects for the improvement of buildings and to enhance building systems. In 2016, they joined Sustena Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer (Solar). In 2019, they took on a role as an Electrical Engineer/ Solar Designer at Free Lance, and later that same year, they became a PV Solar Engineer/Lighting Designer at Origo BPO - Australian Offshoring Experts. In 2020, they began working as a Freelance Solar PV/LED Design Engineer, and in 2021, they became the Lead Solar Designer at UPowr, where they are in charge of residential solar and battery system design using in-house software. Jayson also oversees the design team's training and personnel management, ensuring designs are compliant with Australian standards and customer expectations, and coordinates with project partners in process improvements and updates.

Jayson N. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Adamson University between 2009 and 2013. In March 2014, they obtained a Registered Electrical Engineer certification from the Professional Regulation Commission. In April 2020, they obtained a Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn. Jayson also has a Construction Occupational Health and Safety certification.
