Alyson Banks

Alyson Banks is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Residential Services at UPP since August 2021, Alyson previously spent over 25 years at Sainsbury's, where significant contributions included acting as Senior Talent Partner for Sussex and Surrey and managing HR for over 6,500 colleagues. Throughout this tenure, Alyson led major organizational restructures, implemented effective training and development models, and facilitated transformational change to improve workplace conditions. Alyson's career progressed through various HR positions, beginning as a Trainee Manager and culminating in senior leadership responsibilities. Alyson holds a degree in Management Studies from The Open University.
