Neil Buchanan

Neil Buchanan has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Neil is currently working as the Head of Legal at University Partnerships Programme, where they oversee legal matters related to corporate, real estate, financing, and construction. Prior to this, Neil served as the General Counsel & Company Secretary at Arlington Advisors Limited, leading legal work for new projects and transactions. Neil also worked at Campus Living Villages as a Commercial Manager & Head of Legal UK, where they focused on delivering the company's commercial strategy and acted as Company Secretary for numerous legal entities. Before that, Neil was an Associate at Osborne Clarke, specializing in commercial projects across various sectors. Neil began their legal career as a Paralegal at Biffa, handling client interactions and drafting legal documents.

Neil Buchanan attended John Hampden Grammar School from 1997 to 2004. Neil then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at the University of Southampton from 2004 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, Neil Buchanan furthered their legal education by enrolling in The University of Law in 2007, where they completed their Legal Practice Course in 2008.
