Lisa LeBlanc has extensive experience in quality assurance, compliance, and product integrity. Lisa started their career in 1988 as an Assistant Designer at Baron-Abramson Inc. and then moved on to work at Reebok as a Specification Technician/Quality Control Specialist. Lisa later joined Northern Isles/Goodman Knitting as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they inspected and communicated with factories to ensure quality standards were met. Lisa then worked at Casual Male Retail Group as a Manager of Quality Control/Product Development, overseeing the inspection of men's Big & Tall products. Lisa continued their career at Talbots as a Product Performance Manager, directing testing and development for multiple product categories. Lisa progressed to become the Director of Product Integrity at J. Jill Group, where they were responsible for all phases of product testing and quality assurance. Currently, they are working as an Independent Health & Fitness Coach at BODi. Most recently, Lisa held the position of Quality & Compliance Director at UPPAbaby, where they ensured the overall quality and compliance of high-end strollers and juvenile consumer products. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Lisa LeBlanc attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design. Lisa also attended Weymouth North High School, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, Lisa holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from William George Associates Ltd., but the month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
