Roger Hsu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in child restraint systems (CRS) and automotive safety. Currently serving as a Senior CRS Engineer at UPPAbaby since July 2019, Roger has previously held multiple roles at Dorel Juvenile, including Global Regulatory & Product Compliance Manager and Crash Lab & Car Seat NPD Manager from November 2014 to June 2019. Roger's background also includes positions as Crash Laboratory Manager at both Dorel Juvenile and Lerado Group, where significant contributions were made to infant car seat crash testing in accordance with various regulations. Earlier experience encompasses a role as Design Engineer at Lerado Group and as Engine Designer at HAITEC (CECENGINE). Roger Hsu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University, completed in 2006.
