Joe Proctor

Joe Proctor is an experienced educator and business strategist with a robust background in finance and brand management. Currently serving as a teacher at Upper Arlington City Schools since August 2019, Joe previously held significant leadership roles at Victoria's Secret, including VP of Strategy and VP of Brand Strategy and Finance, where responsibilities encompassed brand and product strategy development along with financial management. Joe's career also includes a tenure as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and Vice President positions at L Brands. An MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago complements a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
