Jennifer Faure has a wealth of experience in the library and information services industry. Jennifer began their career in 1995 at OCLC, where they served as a Senior Product Specialist for Worldcat Services. In this role, they worked in product management marketing, helping to determine product requirements for the FirstSearch service and writing high level user requirements. Jennifer also worked with product enhancements, helped with product testing and new feature implementation, and trained and supported communications staff. Additionally, they held two other Senior Product Specialist roles at OCLC. In 2008, they moved to the Upper Arlington Public Library, where they served as Community Engagement Specialist and Adult Programming Coordinator.
