Scott Potter has extensive experience in both public service and education. Since May 2015, Scott has served as a Public Service Associate at Upper Arlington Public Library, focusing on Adult Services. Concurrently, Scott has worked as a Hockey Scorekeeper and Scoreboard operator at Ohio Health Chiller Ice Rinks since October 2014, managing official stats and game scores for recreational hockey. Prior to these roles, Scott had a long tenure at Marion Technical College from September 1993 to October 2014, where Scott held positions as Dean of Arts and Sciences and Assistant Professor, teaching subjects including Sociology and Diversity. Scott's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Education from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree in Education/Counseling from the University of Dayton, along with attendance at Reynoldsburg High School from 1975 to 1978.
