Susan Rutters has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Superintendent of Schools at Upper Canada District School Board since September 2000. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of School Principal within the same organization from February 1992 to September 2000 and began their career as a Teacher at UCDSB. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education in English and Music from Queen’s University, completed in 1991, and further pursued professional development at Charles Sturt University from 2015 to 2016.
