Stephanie L. Bailey, SHRM-SCP, CPHR has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and administrative support. Stephanie L. started their career at Featherston Law Firm as a Legal Secretary's Assistant/Filer in 2005, and then worked at Panhandle State Bank as a Human Resources Student Employee from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Barnes & Noble College - Walla Walla University Bookstore as a Cashier and Customer Service Associate. In 2010, they joined Walla Walla University as a Human Resources and Payroll Assistant. Stephanie L. then had the opportunity to intern at Loma Linda University Medical Center in the Staff Development department in 2012. In 2013, they interned at Loma Linda University Health in the People Services department. Finally, they joined Upper Columbia Conference in 2013 as a Human Resource Specialist/Administrative Assistant and later became the Human Resource Director/Office Manager. Stephanie's work experience demonstrates their expertise in human resources and administrative roles.

Stephanie L. Bailey, SHRM-SCP, CPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Walla Walla University from 2009 to 2013. Stephanie L. also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business from the same university, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their educational background, Stephanie has acquired several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In January 2019, they obtained the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification from CPHR BC & Yukon. During the same month, they also earned the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Prior to these certifications, Stephanie acquired the Civil Rights Investigator Level One certification from The NCHERM Group in July 2018. Additionally, in June 2018, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
