Carmela Serebryany has been the President of Upper Crust since May 2013, where they have been responsible for providing premium bakery goods to the Foodservice and Retail market channels globally. Prior to this, they were the President of CMS Ontario Limited starting in September 2007. Carmela also worked at Stikeman Elliott LLP as an Articling Student from July 2006 to May 2007 and as a Student at Law from May 2005 to August 2005. Carmela also has experience as a Management Consultant at Silver Business Consulting from June 2002 to August 2003, and as a Risk Management professional at RBC Capital Markets in May 2001.
Carmela Serebryany's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business - York University. Carmela pursued this degree from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they attended the Copenhagen Business School for a brief period in 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing. Later, Carmela pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the University of Toronto, attending from 2003 to 2006.
