Murad Bakhshiyev

Murad Bakhshiyev, CMRP, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in maintenance and operations within the energy and production sectors. Currently serving as a Maintenance Mechanic and Maintenance Electrician at Upper Crust since December 2021, Murad specializes in frozen foods production. Prior experience includes a role as Operation Team Leader at CNIM, managing operations at a 40 MW Waste-to-Energy power plant from February 2012 to September 2021, and working as an Electrical Engineer at AzMeCo Azerbaijan Methanol Company for a methanol plant project in early 2011. Additional experience includes maintenance roles at Wärtsilä for combined gas-diesel power plants and Technip for rig oil-gas platform projects. Murad holds a Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering and Energy Machine Building from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.
