Kadi Young

Kadi Young, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as an Administrative Officer in Employee and Labour Relations and previously in Human Resources at Upper Grand District School Board since November 2018. Prior to this role, Kadi held positions at Ply Gem Canada as a Human Resources Assistant and at Black Tie Affair Hospitality Personnel, where teamwork and leadership skills were demonstrated. Kadi also worked as a Stylist at David's Bridal, focusing on sales goals and customer service, and contributed as a volunteer with the City of Guelph in support of children with intellectual disabilities. Kadi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College.
