Leslie Rimmer is an experienced professional in human resources, organizational development, and program management. Currently serving as the Director of People, Culture & Technology at Upper Valley Haven since August 2017, Leslie Rimmer collaborates with the Executive Director to enhance HR functions and foster an engaging workplace culture. Previously held roles include Vice President of Operations at Upper Valley Land Trust, where Leslie Rimmer managed financial and administrative operations, and Vice President of Program at the Student Conservation Association, overseeing conservation service experiences for over 4,000 participants annually. With a background spanning over two decades at RSG - Resource Systems Group, Inc., Leslie Rimmer's expertise encompasses leadership across various director roles and contributions to strategic direction in transportation, market research, and environmental practices. Leslie Rimmer holds a B.S. in Biology from Penn State University.

Upper Valley Haven
With the support of the Upper Valley community, the Haven assists those who are experiencing poverty to be free from hunger, to be securely housed, and to pursue a self-directed life. Founded in 1980, the Haven provides food, temporary shelter, supportive housing, children’s after school and summer programs, community outreach, and problem solving support to those in need. The Haven is open 365 days per year and never charges for any of its services. We now serve over 14,500 people per year.
