Louise Koefoed started their work experience in 2007 as a High Events Stewardess for various companies, including IFEMA Fairs. From 2008 to 2010, they worked in the Events department of InterContinental Hotels Group. In 2010, they had roles in the Marketing Department of Mercer Accommodation Group Ltd and as an ERASMUS Scholarship recipient at Brøchner Hotels. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Business Development Manager and Hotel Contractor for Keytel. Louise then worked as a City Manager for Resto-in from 2014 to 2016, where they implemented and developed the company in Madrid, and identified and contracted top clients. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Executive for AXOR Hoteles and as a Blogger for AEGVE - Asociación Española Gestores Viajes Empresa. In 2017, they became the CEO & Founder of Executive Restaurants of the World, which aimed to represent and commercialize a selection of corporate restaurants. Finally, in 2019 they founded and became the CEO of UpperEat.
From 2009 to 2010, Louise Koefoed attended Hotel Escuela Madrid, where they pursued a degree in Touristic Comercialization, with a focus on Tourism.
