Ira Kraus

Ira Kraus is an experienced medical professional with a focus on podiatry and healthcare management. Currently serving as Regional Medical Director at Upperline Health since October 2022, Ira also holds the position of Chief Medical Officer at Total Ancillary since April 2021. As President of Talar Medical, established in January 2015, Ira leads the largest Podiatric 60/40 Safe Harbour Group Purchasing Organization. Previously, Ira served as Regional Medical Director at Extremity Health Care from October 2015 to April 2021 and was the owner of Advanced FootCare from January 2000 to October 2015. Ira holds a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Bachelor's degrees in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College.
