Samantha Rosenthal

Samantha Rosenthal currently serves as the Director of New Market Implementations at Upperline Health since March 2024. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Strategic Operations Manager at Empassion Health from June 2023 to February 2024. Samantha's extensive experience at Aledade, Inc. spanned from August 2018 to April 2023, during which time roles included Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Special Assistant to the CEO, Manager of New Ventures, Practice Success Manager, Senior Practice Success Analyst, Practice Success Analyst, and Practice Success Fellow. Earlier in their career, Samantha was a Senior Research Analyst at Optum from August 2016 to July 2018, working on projects related to Comprehensive Primary Care Plus and DC Health Link. Samantha began their professional journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics from October 2014 to May 2016. Samantha earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, completing studies in 2016.
