Ricardo Monagas

Ricardo Monagas currently serves as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at TotalCtrl and is a Co-Founder of Uppersky, where the focus is on assisting startup founders with the design and development of websites and mobile apps. Additionally, Ricardo holds mentorship roles at multiple organizations, including Kickstart Accelerator, Femme Palette, the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, and Start-Up Chile, providing guidance on business and technical aspects for startups in acceleration programs. In the family business sector, Ricardo is a Co-Founder of Andy's Bakery and Andres Eloy Latam. Previous experience includes serving as CTO at Pragulic and as an investor and CTO at Alien in Bohemia. Ricardo holds degrees in Computer Software Engineering and Computer Programming from Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana.
