Carl currently holds a design and advisory role at Upplft, advancing the recruitment industry through intuitive product designs. At NUVC.ai, Carl contributes to shaping the future of venture capital and startup investing. Previously, Carl served as Chief Design Officer and Head of Product Design at FIN-PAY, leading design strategies for user-friendly financial service solutions. Additionally, Carl founded Doora, transforming traditional advertising approaches by bridging the gap between physical and mobile experiences.
