Manoj Iyer

Manoj Kumar Iyer is the Founder and Managing Director of Upraisal People Productivity Performance, a company established in December 2014 that assists recruitment firms in the United Kingdom by reducing overhead costs by 50% annually while providing quality offshore staff for recruitment and IT needs. From June 2010 to June 2012, Manoj served as President and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Middlesex University, overseeing internal and external communication between the students’ union and key stakeholders, and managing budget allocations with the Union Finance Manager. Manoj holds a Master’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Management from the University of Mumbai.
