Grishma Bijukumar

Grishma Bijukumar is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently leading the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy at upReach since February 2022, focusing on championing diversity and reporting on HR and team diversity data. Previously, Grishma served as the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead at City Hearts, where impactful policies were developed to enhance employee experience and wellbeing. Grishma's career includes a role as a Human Resources Intern at Atkinson HR Consulting, where communication strategies for change management were crafted. Additionally, Grishma was elected Vice President (Welfare and Community) at Lancaster University Students' Union, representing over 15,000 students and overseeing strategic initiatives, and served as Charity Director and Trustee in the same organization.
