Adryan Maney

Adryan Maney has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 13 years. Adryan most recently worked at Uprise Health as the AVP of People Operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of HR Operations at both Uprise Health and MedeAnalytics. Adryan also worked as the HR Director at Brookdale, an HR Business Partner at med fusion, and an HR Generalist at Phoenix House. Adryan began their career as an HR Generalist at AT&T and later served as the FMLA Manager at Cigna, where they obtained their PHR certification in 2014. Throughout their career, Adryan has acquired expertise in a variety of HR functions, including benefits and payroll administration, labor and employee relations, HR policies and procedures, disciplinary procedures, and legal issues and compliance.

Adryan Maney began their education journey in 2004 at Northwestern State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2009. After taking a break from their studies, they resumed their education in 2013 at Prairie View A&M University, pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development. Additionally, in the same year, Adryan Maney enrolled at Nova Southeastern University, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services in 2014.
