Lisa McCoy

Lisa McCoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa began their career as an Esthetician at Mandara Spa in 2001 and worked there until 2006. Following that, Lisa worked as a lab rat at YMLabs from December 2006 to September 2015. In 2016, they joined Myriad Genetics as a Patient Advocate for a brief period of time. Later in 2016, Lisa joined HMC HealthWorks as a Health Coach, a role they currently hold. Most recently, Lisa started working at Uprise Health in January 2021, also as a Health Coach.

Lisa McCoy attended Weber State University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion. In 2014, they also received the certification of Certified Health Education Specialist from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. Additionally, Lisa obtained a Nutrition Coach certification from Precision Nutrition in August 2014. Most recently, in March 2021, they became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching.
