Jessica Chen Riolfi

Jessica Chen Riolfi has a diverse work experience in the finance and technology industry. Jessica is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Uprise, a company focused on providing personalized financial plans to its customers. Prior to Uprise, they worked as a Product Consultant at Robinhood, where they contributed to the development of their long-term product roadmap and enhanced cross-functional communication. Jessica also served as the Head of Product at Earnin, an app that allows users to receive their pay instantly. Jessica played a key role in building a new financial system that worked for people. In their previous role as the Head of Asia at TransferWise, they were responsible for 15 countries and significantly increased the company's volume. Jessica also worked as a Senior Product Manager at TransferWise, focusing on international markets and launching partnerships. Jessica's earlier experiences include working at eBay to establish growth in emerging markets and launching partnerships with WeChat in China. Jessica has also interned as a Product Manager at Amazon and worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Jessica holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jessica Chen Riolfi completed their undergraduate education at Dartmouth College from 2003 to 2007. Jessica earned an A.B. degree with a focus on Economics and International Relations. Later, they pursued further education at Harvard Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained their MBA with a specialization in General Management.
