Rich Silva

Rich Silva is an accomplished Executive Project Manager with extensive experience in construction management and logistics across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently at Samsung Semiconductor, Rich oversees a $20+ billion construction project in Taylor, Texas. Previous roles include Project Manager at Check-6, Construction Logistics Manager at Tesla, where Rich facilitated logistics for the award-winning Gigafactory Texas, and Emergency Management Director at Collins Consulting, Inc. Rich spent over 22 years in the US Navy, holding various leadership positions, including Director of Operations and Director of Logistics, where significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies were achieved. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California Polytechnic State University and completed PMP academics at Syracuse University.
