Stephanie Castellanos

Stephanie Castellanos is the Founder and Partner of Uproot Talent, an award-winning Latina-owned search and learning experience firm focused on diversifying the c-suite and co-creating anti-oppressive cultures. With a robust background in talent and organizational strategy, Castellanos has also served as the Founding Director of Talent at Foster America, and as a Talent Advisor at Offor, where the emphasis was on cultivating underrepresented executive leadership. Additionally, Castellanos co-founded the Coalition for Diverse Educators to enhance teacher diversity in high-need districts and has held various leadership roles in educational organizations. Castellanos holds a B.A. in Sociology with a Minor in Urban Planning and Regional Studies from UCLA.
