Michael J. Robey

Michael J. Robey, MBA, serves as the Chairperson of the Marketing Advisory Council at The UPS Store since October 2015, overseeing National Advertising Funds and collaborating with franchisees and agencies. In addition to this role, Robey is a Certified Franchisee Trainer where new franchisees receive hands-on training. As Director of Operations & Resource Development at South Tampa Logistics and Director of Operations at Local Franchise Coop, focus centers on enhancing business performance, client relations, and strategy development. Robey's diverse experience includes roles in operations, finance, and emergency services, complemented by an educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration (in progress), an MBA, and multiple associate degrees.
