Carolyn Duncan

Carolyn Duncan, SPHR, currently serves as the Area Human Resource Manager at UPS, a position held since September 2017, where responsibilities include comprehensive database development and management along with the creation of reporting and tracking systems that enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Carolyn worked as a Buyer at Nebraska Furniture Mart from October 1984 to June 1999, managing both direct and indirect reports and overseeing the procurement of furniture for resale. Carolyn holds an educational background from Illinois State University, with studies completed between 1977 and 1980.
