David Massey, MFA, is an award-winning CX/UX and Product Design Executive with over 15 years of experience in building high-performance design and product teams. Currently, they lead UPS's CX/UX and Product Design transformation across 45+ global product squads, having driven over $500M in revenue impact. As a founder of FullColor Creative, David explores emerging technologies and AI-assisted design tools, while also serving as an adjunct professor at Savannah College of Art and Design, where they mentor emerging designers. In their past roles, they founded Vision Haus and directed digital experience initiatives at UPS, earning multiple Webby Awards for their work. David holds a Master of Fine Art in Graphic Design from Lynn University and a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art from Florida State University.
