Eddie Cook

Eddie Cook is a seasoned UX professional currently serving as a UX Lead at UPS since June 2019, where responsibilities include strategic design leadership, project management, and alignment of user experiences with corporate objectives. Eddie's experience includes serving as the Senior UI/UX Designer on the UPS Flight Forward drone delivery project, focusing on UX research, UI development, and usability testing. Prior roles encompass UI/UX Designer work on the Transportation Management System at UPS and an Industrial Designer at U Brands, contributing to usability testing and product concept development. Eddie also has freelance experience in brand redesign and promotional material development.
