Jazz Avila

Jazz Avila, MBA, is the Global Health and Safety Director at UPS, bringing over seven years of progressive leadership in health and safety, complemented by a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain management. In this role, they contribute to regulatory compliance, implement safety management systems, and enhance operational efficiency while focusing on logistics planning, safety enforcement, and personnel training. Previously, Jazz held various positions at UPS, including Region Health and Safety Manager and Area Supervisor, where they refined their skills in staffing and productivity. They hold an MBA in Logistics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.
