Jeff Bloedorn

Jeff Bloedorn is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and Operations, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement. Having begun their career as a Preloader and Package Car Driver at UPS from 1988 to 1999, they advanced through various supervisory and management roles across multiple districts, including notable positions as Director of H.R. for the Mid South District from 2014 to 2020. Bloedorn holds a BBA in Human Resources and Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, earned in 1993, and has consistently provided strategic leadership and consultative support in key operational functions throughout their tenure.
