Johnny Ceron is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr Product Designer at UPS, Johnny focuses on enhancing design and user experience for UPS Tracking and UPS Claims while collaborating with business and research partners in an agile environment. Previously, Johnny held key roles at CreateMe, Best Buy, HireRight, Mastercard, ViacomCBS, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Scholastic, Warner Music Group, and Sigma Technologies, contributing to innovative projects that improved user engagement, streamlined processes, and elevated design quality.
