Jose R Cruz has over four decades of experience at UPS, where roles include Vice President of Corporate Industrial Engineering Special Projects, Vice President of Global Technology Services Group, and Vice President of U.S. Technology Support Group. Key contributions include leading the operational excellence and deployment of ORION for domestic operations, managing a $300 million capital expenditure program, and providing consulting services that resulted in $100 million in savings. Earlier experience includes various managerial roles in technology, operations, and finance, as well as serving as a licensed Realtor Sales Associate at CENTURY 21®. Jose R Cruz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and has completed executive training at Emory University and project management certification at UPS University.
