Kristal Wolfe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue management and marketing strategy, currently serving as the Digital Revenue Strategy Director at UPS since January 2017. In this role, Kristal leads global teams to support innovative business models and develop digital pricing strategies, while enhancing business processes for onboarding and revenue sharing. Previously, Kristal played a key role in the transformation of UPS's pricing strategy and was instrumental in setting up a field marketing team in the APAC region during a one-year assignment in Hong Kong. With a solid foundation in the retail industry and a progressive career at UPS, Kristal has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth and lead cross-functional teams. Kristal holds a Master's in Business Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
