Marcin Kozak

Marcin Kozak is the International Security Director at UPS for the Benelux, France, and South Europe country cluster, with extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Previously, Marcin served as the Country Security Manager for UPS Poland from 2008 to 2013 and as the East Europe District Security Director from 2014 to 2022, focusing on business security across 26 countries. Marcin's skills include crisis management, negotiation, and physical security. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Marketing at Thames Valley University of London/The Polish Open University.
