Melvin Lewis

Melvin Lewis is an experienced operations manager at UPS, where a career spanning over three decades includes various leadership roles. Currently in charge of Worldport operations, Melvin facilitates training in UPS history and management soft skills while overseeing automated feeder load and hub operations. Previous roles at UPS have included managing training compliance and supervising multiple operational functions. Melvin's tenure at UPS began in 1987, following experience as a front-line supervisor, and continued through incremental advancements. Additionally, military service in the United States Army Reserve included roles as a drill sergeant and participation in the Desert Storm War. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA in Conflict Resolution from Sullivan University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Louisville.
