Paul Rajah

Paul Rajah has extensive experience in data analytics and human resources, currently serving as Reporting, Data & Analytics Manager at UPS since July 2009, where responsibilities include developing interactive BI reports and optimizing employee training strategies. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Analyst, CHSP Supervisor, and Operations Supervisor at UPS, along with instructional positions at the Urban League of Essex County and New Jersey Institute of Technology, focusing on 3D printing, software programming, and web development. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Piano/Music Education at New Jersey City University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from Bergen Community College.
