Peta Parkinson

Peta Parkinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and human capital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Transformation at UPS since March 2019, Peta leads significant cross-functional initiatives, performs long-range strategic planning, and develops growth strategies aligned with the company's investments. Prior to UPS, Peta held the position of Director of HR Consulting Services and Global HR Manager of Compensation at The Coca-Cola Company from June 2013 to January 2019. Peta is an alumnus of the University of Phoenix, where a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations was obtained. Additional educational background includes Baruch College.
