Richard Currie

Richard Currie is the Senior Director of Labour Relations at UPS, currently overseeing Labour/Employee Relations across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. With extensive international experience, they have led various strategic business units that prioritize employee relations and negotiations with trade unions. Prior to this role, Richard held several senior positions at UPS, including Director of Public Affairs and Trade Policy, where they contributed significantly to UK-EU trade negotiations. Additionally, Richard serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for two charities focused on social housing and community support. They are pursuing an MBA at City University London and a degree in Mastering Trade Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.
