Ryan Griffin

Ryan Griffin is a versatile professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, management, and customer service. As the Co-Founder of Saint Louis Hop Shop since March 2014, Ryan established the first retail craft beer store in Saint Louis, focusing on community empowerment through events and collaborations. In addition, Ryan serves as a Co-Owner and Direct Service Provider at UPS, where responsibilities include cost reduction strategies and employee training for operational efficiency. Ryan is the Executive Director of Jimel Productions, specializing in digital media services such as photography and illustration to support businesses. Previous experience includes a role as a Universal Banker at U.S. Bank, where customer finance solutions were developed, and a Branch Manager position at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, achieving high customer satisfaction. Ryan's background in leadership extends to the Kansas City Freedom School Initiative as a Servant Team Leader Intern. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University.
