Stephan Rausch

Stephan Rausch is a Global HR Business Partner with over 15 years of experience at UPS. Since 2019, they have served as the HRBP Director, focusing on human capital strategy for the Customer Care vertical in the AMEA and LATAM regions. Prior to this role, Stephan held various positions at UPS, including Training and Development Manager and Learning Strategy Supervisor, where they ensured corporate learning programs aligned with business needs. They also have experience as a banker from their time at SEB in 2002 and hold a degree from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (2003-2008).
