Will Lange

Will Lange is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as SVP and President of Sales at UPS since July 2025, Will is responsible for leading sales initiatives in the US market. Prior to UPS, Will worked at Honeywell in various leadership roles from July 2018 to July 2025, including VP of Sales Excellence and Strategic Accounts, where efforts included driving over $6B in revenue and managing sales transformation for 6,000 global sales professionals. Will's career also includes significant positions at GE Healthcare, where responsibilities spanned from Commercial Leader for Imaging to General Manager for Ambulatory Care & Channels, alongside earlier roles at Abaxis and Midmark. Will holds an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
