Guillaume Guitton

Guillaume Guitton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation, strategy, and human resources. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and PMO for the Group HR department at UPSA, Guillaume Guitton is responsible for aligning HR with business objectives and driving strategic initiatives. Previously, as a Senior Manager at KPMG France, Guillaume Guitton supported senior executives in addressing business challenges during M&A and restructuring projects, focusing on performance analysis and corporate strategy. Earlier experiences include managerial roles in transformation and strategy, as well as project management at Mille-Alliance and Accor Hotels. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Operational Management and Organisation from TBS Education and attendance at HEC preparatory class.
